Based in Northamptonshire, we specialise in somatic alignment with a body- mind connection, along side specialised regulation. Working with the nervous system with trauma informed coaching we have a shared commitment to holistic health. We provide a nurturing environment where clients can be curious about their personal journeys with safety at the forefront.
